I learned it from an old medical book with drawings of the belly in all stages of the pregnancy including all stages of the birth. I loved it.

Do you have talks about this when the kid happens to be an IVF kid? Do you just say babies are made in a basic way but there are different methods?

Sorry I have to tell you lol my sons about to start sex ed in year 5 about periods and products etc.. so I taught him about it first. and then we talked bout how sperm gets in the woman and he said you rub bits together and he went but it wouldn't get in there from thst.. and if tampons go in there does that mean the p does.. and I was like yes that's correct he went... 🗣DAD did you put your p in mums v! 😂😂😂 then he spoke about something completely unrelated so unbuttered lol

My older kids are 10 and 8. We are extremely open. They know everything from mechanics to pleasure. It helps I got pregnant on accident 😂 but HOW do I handle their friends knowing NOTHING! One friend said “a virgin is an unmarried lady.” The parents also do not want their kids hearing or seeing anything.

I told my son they come from their moms belly, he didn’t seem to be asking for all of the other details so I didn’t even get into sperm and egg with my 7 year old until I can tell he is asking for more information. He comprehends they grow in moms belly’s and how they are born (both vaginally or c section)
