I keep telling people, we need a 28th Amendment. Call it something like, "A Human's Right to Work". It should state how much of a company's workforce can be AI and/or Android.

it's funny too - entry level jobs are required to become senior, if they can't replace senior jobs, they can't replace entry level jobs in that role or there won't be any seniors in 20 years
