Had a friend do inspections and told me that a female room was so bad she had nats coming out of her room and that her furniture had a bad smell😭The dresser, bed, everything! Her roommate couldn’t stay because the nats were transferring 😫

Had to help move a solider move out of housing and the things I saw in there made me want to gag. There was human feces under their daughters dresser and her mom’s carts under the mattress. The parents didn’t even have a bed frame it was held up by cinder blocks

I remember having to host a mandatory skill training to Amn basic life skills because I was over it. I taught them skills washing clothes, common cleaning etiquette, and cooking. These kids are so unprepared for life. Especially the ones the came in during Covid 🙏

They did an inspection like this in housing at our last duty station. Husband went on deployment, wife didnt clean anything. Diapers, cat shit, dog shit, puke both animal and human. She didnt take her dogs outside for like 3 months. Then she dipped. Took her kids, left the animals. Dogs got desperate for food, ate the cats. Neighbors filed multiple complaints and housing finally went in and walked right back out. Navy cops and JPD cops all showed up and that shit was baaaaaad.

Nastiest was the awol guy. His power was off and there were trash bags full of diapers and a fridge with 2 week old food and roaches and shit. I had to throw my clothes away after.
