Am I the only person on Earth who thinks this game is the worst Zelda? Felt like a mega long list of total chores. Don’t get me wrong Midna is top tier character development at work, but ohh my goooddd this game was such a drag for me & to swap Zant out at the last moment really bugged me 😅

YES!!!! TP Link is all of those things and its what makes such a tragic character. He is a community leader who was a example for everyone, and he gets ripped away from it all to deal with darkness. the fact that he is surrounded by loving people who he put love into as well is what gets him through his journey in the end/ helps him help Midna. This link, WW link, and SS Link are all what lead us to BOTW link. His character is defined by his heart- thats where his might comes from.

To link and botw link are my favorites. They feel more thought out than the others. Link of the wilds stress over having to be the hero and the softness of twilight link that he shows in this extremely dark game.

The legends the kingdom remembers vs the actual person. I think the Zelda series plays a lot with the idea of tales and rememberances vs the actual story/people. Now with BOTW and TOTK it even more so enforces that previous games are legends/stories and aren't entirely reliable due to the nature of old legends
