guys, when you don’t eat for a long period of time your metabolism slows down. Then when you DO eat your metabolism slows down to the point it can’t process the food it’s digesting and aka, MAKES YOU GAIN WEIGHT. common sense

Guys I don’t think she’s lying because not eating makes your metabolism slow down and you actually do gain weight from not eating but if you do it for long enough you do lose a lot of weight. It is unhealthy though depending on how you do it
