found out it is fungal acne.. try using an anti-dandruff shampoo (like head & shoulders or sebamed) with Piroctone Olamine in it as a max 3-5 min Mask on dry skin after gently cleansing your face with a gel cleanser. then wash off with luke warm water. Remember to be gentle.. then tap dry with clean cloth. Use thermal water (f.e Avene, La Roche-Posay or something alike) and spritz it on for 5 seconds to calm your skin. Let it sit for 30 seconds. then use a super gentle toner (for example geek&gorgeous LIQUID HYDRATION or f.e. Skinable by cv Calming Liquid Toner). Do not let it dry completely. Skin must feel damp. then use your moisturizer. It must not be occlusive. Try La Roche Posay Double Repair cream or La Roche Posay Sensitive cream. I prefer the former as its non occlusive and has an amazong formula for rosacea and irritated super aensitive skin. Good luck! And: do not pick!!!!!
