Yeah horse is called Asva in Lithuanian same as Sanskrit. But Ghoda in Nepali . And let me tell you 80 % of words in Nepali are either directly borrowed from Sanskrit ( Tatsam ) or slightly modified from Sanskrit ( Tadhvav). So Lithuanian is more closer to Sanskrit than Nepali. Its just surreal to think about

Since I know Lithuanian, Sanskrit, Hindi and Russian, I can tell you that language carries culture too. Lithuanian culture and mythology is undeniably related to Vedic. Hindi is close to Lithuanian only as much as Sanksrit is in common. And Russian? I see some people try to relate us, but Russian is absolutely different. Both language and mindset. Sorry to disappoint some of you.
