What if my CPU is at 100% and GPU at 30% with games like rdr2 or dbh?💀 Because my last PC had that issue, and I couldnt get it fixed so i replaced my cpu amd gpu, still dont know what caused that issue, but with the new components its gone XD

its my ram🥲 so i bought a prebuilt gaming laptop like 4 years ago it has i think 8 GB ram and when i play Dead by Daylight and im lagging and i open task manager my cpu and gpu are fine but it uses 4 GB of my ram an its so annoying

cpu doesn't have to be at 100% for it to be a CPU bottleneck. could be the chip cache holding you back or its utilizing like 1/4 of the cores the chip has on offer cause that's all the engine is programmed to run off of.

You know that even store based games could be cpu demanding like you said the cpu processes all the npcs and other thing like it that means in store based games with large maps like star citizen it is cpu intensive
