Fixed it by changing to sleep flat on my back. Found that pressure was being put on my knee and through the leg.

Physical therapy put a harness on me with weights at my feet and it eventually stretched it out. Also I now sleep on my back with a pillow under my knees. So far so good 🤞

PT made it so much worse. I couldn't walk without being in horrible pain. I ended up getting 2 epidurals which did offer some relief, but ultimately I had laminectomy surgery this past March. This spine/back pain stuff is no joke.

I’ve had it from spine and also piriformis . The only thing that helps me is to rest it. PT made it way worse. Took 4-6 months for piriformis to heal and 1 year for spinal. I wish you luck. It’s horrible

Stretching took about 9 weeks along with quitting aerobics. Used a Tens unit during the beginning and ice packs. You should be slowly improving. Best wishes to you

I infrequently have issues. I find stretching and cutting out all things sugar (inflammatory). It seemed to help. Good luck

My husband had it for a little while and went to a chiropractor, and it went away. I hope you’ll see one and I hope it fixes you.😘

short walks, dont sit for more than 30 mins, stay active. Also try chinup bar and hang you body to get natural spine stretch. Also get Tens machine for 25$ . same as therapy place but smaller, use 3 times a day for 20 mins. plus all the stretches. See what works for you.

I'm on the back side of 60. 😉 Be 70 in a few months. Have tried a chiropractor? I see mine at least monthly.

For me the cure was situps and core work. When that doesn't work I take my back massager, put it on max and wedge that sucker right up on the side of my ass and lay on it.
