I mill my own flour. Grand Teton Ancient Grains does not farm with glyphosate or any pesticides or herbicides. They utilize crop rotation, intercropping, microbes, and compost to build soil fertility, which creates nutrient-rich foods. They are located in Idaho.

he didnt mention the gmo seed was crossbred with a sawgrass dna and it causes sharp edges when wheat is ground. this causes micro scars in your digestive tract.

Not a common farming practice. In fact I've never seen anyone here using that to ripen. Not to mention it's illegal to use on other crops like lentils, peas, and chickpeas.

Dietitian here— Gliadin (gluten) protein triggers zonulin release in ALL HUMANS irrespective of autoimmunity, thus increasing intestinal permeability (aka leaky gut).

I have dramatically cut down my pasta consumption and don’t ever really eat bread. Is there any way to get healthier pasta versus chickpea, etc.

This is done to many conventionally grown grains— including oats. The glyphosate dries out already ripe plants allowing for an earlier harvest ( less chance of fall rain prolonging the drying step). Glyphosate is heavily subsidized by our tax dollars too!
