I'm 17 days post op and just started soft foods. My doctor limited me to only eat scrambled eggs, avocado, any type of cheese, sweet potatoes mashed, applesauce, plain yogurt, canned tuna. I can only eat 2 ounces measured per my instructions. But I can't even finish my food. I'm hoping at my next appointment he let's me start eating fruits as its my favorite things to eat.

Does the growl feel like you’re hungry type growl? I’m trying to figure out my cues and right now I just ate and it did it so I stopped eating. I’m struggling because I don’t feel full but don’t want to over eat

Try to eat slower u got this! I was told 8yrs ago when I did mines to place the fork or spoon down in between bites

When I was 4 weeks out, I could barely eat 1 egg with cottage cheese. Everyone is different!!! Sometimes that 1 more bite, is one bite too many lol

When I got my surgery done I was told by dr to chew your meat really good but they said if it takes u 25 times or more to chew the meat then spit it out ❤️🙏

After I had my surgery one time, I went out to eat with my mom and it was so hot out that day when we sat down, I grabbed my water and like not thinking started slamming it, and I threw the water up all over the table in the middle of the restaurant
