Everyone who keeps comparing windbreaker to tokyo revengers needs to chill bruh, ive watched both, love them both, but i must say windbreaker is more entertaining, better animated, and the story is less ridiculous and more grounded, but tokyo revengers character designs are cooler in my opinion

Wind Breaker is just the latest “baton anime” for those who discovered the fight last week. Stylish poses, big hollow speeches, and zero real intensity. It tries to copy the energy of the real classics, but it sounds hollow. It’s flat, predictable, and above all... it’s soft. Tokyo Revengers, at least, gives you an emotional slap in each arc, with real stakes and characters that mark. Wind Breaker? It’s the bottom of the basket of stick animes: everything in aesthetics, nothing in the guts.
