Do you guys know about Junko Furuta case?? The fact that the guys that done those things to her are FREE!! They are living their lives in Japan and the justice did absolutely nothing about them. They even allowed them to change their names. There's is no justice in our world, and neither a safe place for us. Where there are people there is danger.

Tbh I'm not surprised because look at Japanese media (anime/manga). There are rarely any I see where women are not sexualised (AOT is one). And for anyone saying that one Armin scene - that was aprt of the story and was meant to be reflected in a negative light, not for the pleasure of fans. But honestly not just Japan, but women in general are just sexualised/objectified too much in media

Japan is not safe for women, that is why they have those precautions because it is THAT UNSAFE FOR WOMEN. TO THE POINT OF SHUTTER SOUNDS OF DIFFERENT BUSSES ECT. That's why say is so normalized to see in anime and manga. "look at all these accommodations they have for women!" yeah but you have to think of WHY those accommodations came to be.
