hi bartender here, fill ur glass with ice entirely. like to the brim. pour aperol over ice and use ur bar spoon to stir. let it settle and dilute a bit. add more ice and finish drink. it makes the aperol less pungent imo <3

You’re supposed to put Prosecco before aperol because aperol is denser and doesn’t mix very well if you put it first but very good job overall
