@bobvilahome: Using the Ninja Swirl by CREAMi is a bit of a labor of love. First, you have to freeze your ingredients for 24 hours before you can enjoy soft serve at home. Then, once that long 24 hours is over, there’s a learning curve to using to using the machine. You have to make sure all pieces and parts are connected properly. Pressing the right buttons in the right order is essential, and there are different buttons for different frozen treats, all determined by the ingredients you’re using. And the dispensing arm is a little sensitive and takes some time to get used to.
