New strategy of interview I did yesterday, the manager asked names of coworker and managers i have worked with in my last 3 roles, like all the manes I could remember...also every detail of the jobs, and about hischool and Uni- who was i been known as? and who were my role models during that time....why did they asked that? I hope they won't contact them without consent

You should not hire me if projects are expected to be done fast over well. I employ mechanisms to ensure I make my deadlines, but I will always prioritize doing things right and doing things well over doing things fast. I believe speed comes with repetition, so once I get into the rhythm of a role, making a deadline will be no problem, but when I start, expect slight delays with an eventual uptick in productivity.
