Never once used warm water for a bottle. Always room temp. Never wanted baby to have a preference for hot water. We travel way too much. Doctor recommended it.

I didn’t know these existed so I got my Sister electric kettle, and a water filter, pour thing for the fridge and if you put 50-50 of each, it worked perfect. Cost maybe about 75 bucks in total not 100% sure if it’s a better deal or not but both got used a lot. I’d say that would be the next best thing especially if you don’t intend on having multiple children. But even then, if you buy it and eventually, if you don’t need it anymore, another mom absolutely will, and it will be a lifesaver to her.

for all the people saying room temperature water, not all houses will keep water at room temperature. no matter how warm it was in my apartment the water always got way too cold at night from sitting in my room!! wish i had one of these 😭

For everyone saying room temperature water, the formula I use has to have the water be 158° to mix so I dont have a choice and this makes it easier.
