Coming from 84kg… june 2023 to January 2024 (8months); I lost 8kg at that time I'm still looking for a perfect diet routine that will work for me It was really hard that's why I just lost 1kg per month. January 2024 to mid April 2024 (3 & 1/2 months); I’m stuck at 76kg, after trying so many diet plan, I came to a point where I finally found the perfect diet routine that works well with me which is what I'm doing right now. Mid April to present (7 weeks); I lost 7kg. 🥹 I never enjoyed dieting so much til’ I discovered my diet routine. Now I am enjoying, I feel so healthy, my skin is healthier than ever, less hairfall, no acnes, hydrated skin and not easily tired. 🤸 MY DIET ROUTINE 📝 • first meal: 9:30am (brunch) • second meal: 1:30pm (snacks) • last meal: 5:30pm (dinner) (1200 calories COUNT YOUR CALORIES!) walking 10,000 steps (2hrs 6-7km) everyday or every other day I get lazy too! sleep 6-7hrs IT HELPS (it’s hard but do it)! 💤 drink lots of water! 💦 no food restrictions, don’t deprive yourself so you won’t crave. BUT be good in making decisions, will you eat a 110 calories small cupcake that will make you full for a moment or a 110 calories 1/2 cup of rice that will make you full for hours? If you can’t stop eating sweets add it to your meal plan (calorie deficit) but consume it on your 2nd meal not on your 1st meal to avoid insulin spike that will easily get you hungry. It took a while, but it was worth it. Remember you’re changing your “LIFESTYLE” not just your “LOOKS”. 🤍 #weightlossjourney #weightloss #weightlossmotivation #caloriedeficit #intermittentfasfing #fasting #weightlossresults
