I love my gym so much, mine has a bunch of competition bodybuilders that go and when I ask them for help or advice they're all sooo nice about it 😭 a guy with biceps bigger than my head told me he binged two containers of ice cream last week so everyone struggles and falls off but don't get down about it just put in the work the next day.. I almost cried but it was such a helpful talk

guys i’m 26 and very sedentary and overweight i really want to join a gym but my mom keeps telling me to see a cardiologist first but i hate doctor stuff and that is making me procrastinate joining a gym bc i can’t get the doctor out of the way…. does she have a point? is it dangerous?

I went today and I tripped and fell on the treadmill and multiple people tried to help me and then I had people smile at me who didn’t even see it. Gym people are nice

I have resting killer face and I'm a bit jacked. But I'm super sentimental and in the gym, everyone is my brother/sister. I'll be looking at someone and being proud of them, on the verge of fatherly tears, and all they see is a large angry man staring at them. 😭
