Congratulations! An incredible milestone, finishing your recording. I lost my son Greg to mental health/addiction at age 20 in 2023. He definitely left mid sentence. That statement hits hard. Look forward to your book and trying to understand how a brillant young man might have loved his mind. He always felt different and out of place.

I lost my mother when I was 12, and spent years battling with the universe, thinking that I was cursed. It didn't make any sense, she didn't deserve it. Years later, I realized that it will never make sense, but I could give it a meaning. A good meaning and live by that.

I'm sobbing on my yoga mat. I miss my mom so bad it burns. She wasn't herself her last few years and I missed her so bad, even then. going on without her feels so hollow, I wonder if it will always feel so. She died when my son was 6 months old and I see her sometimes in his eyes and it's enough to keep on.

I am currently experiencing the same timeline, I'm thousands of miles away, she's in the fourth year of retreat into herself, it is heartbreaking to watch, like a bystander, her will to live evaporate. There are so much left still to discuss that will never be discussed 😞 Thank you for sharing.
