Su un piano da lavoro, versa la farina ed al centro inserisci tutti gli ingredienti: l’uovo, lo zucchero, la ricotta, il burro sciolto, la scorza dei limoni, i semi della vaniglia e il lievito. Fai amalgamare bene gli ingredienti, fino ad ottenere un impasto compatto. Preleva dei pezzettini, forma delle strisce d'impasto, dividile in tanti pezzi ed unisci le estremità per formare i taralli.
