So i dont think he's terrible after the rework, but I do think they did a terrible job at showcasing him in the rework trailers because he looked absolutely awful in preview. But playing him a decent bit so far, his damage actually seems higher and his healing is still okay, but he has almost no survivability anymore

Only thing I wish was that Jeff’s bubbles now had 60 burst healing them the other 60 over 2 seconds. Otherwise it’s not that bad of a change. Netease really needs to clarify their patch notes to be better because it made it seem like we had to wait 8 seconds between Hide and Seek uses and that was my biggest issue. It being a bar now is fine

As someone who plays Jeff, they made him more devious as healing through teammates and spraying through the crowd, plus charge buildup. I understand why they reduced the DPS bubbles.
