it's only stretching from the back teeth not the whole room and it would hurt my knee to kneel on that metal than it does kicking the kicker I've been using a kicker for 30 years no problem

Hi mate. I bought one a year ago. Couldn’t really use it as carpet seems to gather around the knee part when you kneel on it to stretch.

Iv just got one off eBay. Used it for the first time the other day, great stretch but you need to work with a certain pattern. Use some underlay to help with the spike length

Worried about it stretching the underlay..especially as now majority are pu…never had any issue with old school kickers..big areas kick every 2-3 m working towards the wall..
