before a motor accident in 1994, I would regularly do a workout routine that ended with my weight on my shoulders and my feet behind my head and I would stay in that position for 20 or 30 counts and then get up by rolling my torsos out from under my feet. Never been able to do it again 😢

I have a compression fracture in my T 12 which I think I did a long time ago, but I’ve been having terrible sciatica this week which I hardly ever have and that showed up on an x-ray. My glutes are cramping at the bottom and calves are as well both sides.
