Por si te toca llevar el postre, te dejo esta receta fácil y muy rica de una auténtica panna cotta y es un postre ligero pero con mucho sabor. Ingredientes: 500 gramos de crema para batir 250 ml de leche orgánica entera 100 gramos de azúcar 1 sobre de 7 gramos de grenetina 1 vaina de vainilla para la mermelada 2 tazas de cerezas negras congeladas o 2 tazas de pulpa de maracuyá 1/4 taza de azúcar o de monkfruit 4 cucharadas de agua En una taza hidrata la genetina mezclando el sobre con 3 cucharadas de agua fría. Deja reposar 10 minutos. Mientras, en una olla mezcla la crema para batir con la leche Y el azúcar. Una vez que la grenetina esté hecha gelatina, disuelve en el microondas por 30 segundos. Pon la olla a calentar, agrega la grenetina. Saca las semillas de vainilla abriendo la vaina por la mitad y agrégalas a la olla. No dejes que el líquido hierva. Mueve constantemente y ya que esté disuelta el azúcar pasa el líquido por un colador. Pasa el líquido a tu molde previamente engrasado. Deja enfriar. Tapa con papel aluminio Reynolds @reynolds_consumer y refrigera toda la noche. Al día siguiente haz la mermelada mezclando la fruta con el azúcar y el agua y dejando que hierva por varios minutos hasta que espese. Saca la panacotta del refri y sirve con la mermelada. #reynoldsmexico #papelaluminio
