I understand that you are not being paid for this but if you understand real estate in the Caribbean you will be able to recognize that you can't compare Honduras real estate value to Belize a Caricom Nation. Belize has the second largest barrier reef in the world with English being its first language. Also Belize exchange rate is 2 to 1 used vs Honduras 24 to 1. I love Honduras but property value is of no comparison to Belize.

Yeah I bet 15 years ago that same property was probably 50k. The housing market in the US had driven up prices everywhere.

OK I was expecting cheap. I paid 345,000 for a three bedroom two bath amazing house on 5 acres in the woods in Washington. Yeah no tsunami’s here or hurricanes.
