Biggest issue I had was booked room for daughter IU visit a month in advance. Arrived late but not concerned was a Diamond Platinum member. Front desk said you have no reservation your card was declined. I was confused called credit card asked why my card was denied. Said wrong expiration date entered by hotel. Long story short they gave my room away I went ballistic and was escorted off property by security. Few days later I found number of VP Operations from public prospectus and called. I explained what occurred and within in a few days I got an apology for the mistake, being embarrassed and mistreated by management. I think once they seen how many stays I had I was awarded 10 free stays.

I had that happen once and we had a suite it wasn't ready till like 7pm. luckily we were staying at a casino so we had something to for 3 hrs but I was pissed. we were having a kid free night so those 3 hrs were valuable to us
