the whole “it’s her character thing” doesn’t work because you can show disinterest as a character with different facial expressions (scoffing, rolling eyes, literally any decision). i love idle, i own all their albums and i think shuhua is a talented singer & dancer, but this just isn’t a great performance from her. the song’s 2nd gen vibe requires a more campy performance to sell the song

i genuinely dont see what the issue is..???? her face is usually like this when performing every CB, even Queencard (her best era imo). + u can tell what her mood is depending on whether she has a thumbs up or down at the end of the song. every member likes this CB and wrote a b-side on the album, so idk why people are spreading around that they dont.
