I got sent to the wrong (unmade and occupied room) once and they upgraded me for free to presidential suite as long as I kept quiet 🔥🔥🔥

Rory you are forgetting one thing, that better room costs 150 or more extra, so if they think they won't sell it they put a discount on it so they have another 'basic' room to sell again, wich is more popular

It’s even deeper than that, u r in a position where if u don’t upgrade u feel u have deprived yourself, it’s not a case of £50 upgrade, it’s a case of if you don’t then u feel u have wasted £200 😩😢🥴
