it’s so hard to quit because literally everyone does it. i’ve quit for months previously, then gone out with a friend who vapes and used theirs. it’s so hard to avoid when people doing it around you and blowing it in your face

I listened to Allen Carr easy way to quit vaping, it's a bit slow but it worked for me. Went from need to vape everyday to nearly a year clean now, the smell and taste of it makes me feel sick now so definitely worked.
