Add melted butter (NOT HOT) and mix. Sift flour in two times and knead a soft non-sticky dough. Let it proof for 1 hour, it should double in size. Cover with a cling film or a towel. filling: 150-200g blueberry jam (store bought or homemade) 300g cream cheese 1 tbs starch 50g sugar vanilla Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and that’s all. streusel: 2tbs flour 1tbs powdered sugar (~20g) 25g butter Mix all ingredients together in a bowl using a fork or your fingers until it’s crumbly and all flour is soaked with butter. When the dough is proofed, divide it into 9 pieces. Form small balls gently and let them proof on the baking sheet 20-30 minutes in a warm place. Make divots in buns using a glass or a cup. Brush the edges with egg wash (beaten egg). Fill buns with the cheesy mixture, then add jam and sprinkle with streusel on top. Bake in the preheated to 180C oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
