Have you ever felt burnout? 😅 Let’s talk about it.  Recently, I took a 3-week hiatus because my body literally felt like it was shutting down.  With the constant fatigue, brain fog, and emotional numbness, I was quickly losing my sense of self.   All my tests and hormones kept coming back normal, until my doc checked my cortisol 😱 At life-threatening low levels, I needed to make a change FAST.   So, I booked an Airbnb for 3 -weeks of alone time… and had a few mishaps along the way (as per usual!) but it got me back on my feet, even if I still feel a bit fragile.   Burnout in women looks different.  It doesn’t always show up as tears in a bathroom stall, or not being able to get out of bed.  It can show up when you’re on top of the world, thinking you’re doing well because you’re pushing through the discomfort.  I wasn’t listening to my body, and it was telling me to STOP.
