Even if a landlord knocks and wants to come in when there’s no emergency (at least in mass) that’s illegal landlord must notify prior to showing up they’re coming in to inspect place & so on

Sounds like a completely illegal set up to begin with. I’m pretty sure you’re not allowed to convert garage space into an apartment. It’s not a living space. It would be different if it had like an upstairs, but it doesn’t look like it does. It looks like it’s just a garage Also I pretty sure there’s a maximum amount of people you’re allowed to have in a home when you’re renting it out and for each person to pay 3600. That’s literally already a mortgage you might as well go get your own apartment for that or buy a house.
