a patient believed we purposefully ignored an outpatient referral (the doctor no longer worked with us and we advised the referrer this). he yelled at the admin and threw papers around. and ran when we called security. that evening I saw him in the car park waiting for our staff to leave.

My colleague (paramedic) went to a patient who went into cardiac arrest. While working on him, his entire extended family arrived at the house, including like 6 kids, and they all came in and watched as we did CPR. Then they all started chanting “wake up dad”.
