Quick, delicious & cozy! 📝 Ingredients: For the cabbage rolls: • Napa cabbage — 1 head (medium) • Ground meat (pork and beef mix or any of your choice) — 500 g • Rice — 100 g (about ½ cup) • Onion — 2 pcs • Carrot — 2 pcs • Salt, pepper — to taste For the sauce: • Tomato paste — 2–3 tbsp • Water — 200 ml • Sour cream — 2 tbsp (optional) • Garlic — 1–2 cloves (optional) • Salt, pepper, sugar — to taste 🍽 Instructions: • Separate the napa cabbage into individual leaves. • Trim the thick stems at the base of each leaf if needed (you can also soften them by pounding, as shown in the video). • Blanch the leaves in boiling water for 1–2 minutes until they become soft and pliable. • Cook the rice until half done. • Finely chop the onions and sauté until golden. Add grated carrots and cook together for another 5 minutes. • Mix the ground meat with rice, half of the sautéed vegetables, salt, and pepper. (Save the remaining vegetables to add on top of the rolls.) • Place 1–2 tablespoons of filling onto each cabbage leaf and roll it up like a burrito. • In a bowl, mix tomato paste, water, sour cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and a bit of sugar. • Place the rolls in a baking dish (you can layer them). • Spread the remaining sautéed onions and carrots on top. • Pour the sauce over the rolls. • Cover with foil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45–60 minutes. #Recipe #EasyRecipe #recipesoftiktok
