The sad part is we never should have been in these places to begin with. We’ve had many of thousands of soldiers killed and many more injured while we destroyed millions of families across the Middle East. Many of these people were just defending their homeland like we would for ours. Politicians wasted trillions and lied to everyone for power

Our son is a Marine with 2 combat tours, he came after 4 yrs and it haunted him til we lost him to a motorcycle wreck, 3 yrs after his return .. some just can’t forget and it kills there’s soul.. he struggled with drugs, nightmares and anxiety that you can’t comprehend
