I have never hit this low in my life. Even though that person did me dirty. I still care I still love him and to this day I am going above and beyond to be there and then I start getting panic attacks and anxiety attacks when I am alone. I am my own enemy right now. I gave gave gave everything I had, poured till I was empty, loved that person more than I loved myself and then got cheated. and even after we have seperated I am still giving. I am tired so tired 😩

Firstly NEVER lose yourself trying to be enough for someone who was never meant to stay i repeat NEVER there comes a point in life when you have to stop measuring love by how much you’re willing to give and start paying attention to how much others are willing to give in return effort should never be onesided you can pour your heart into someone, go to great lengths to prove your loyalty, your peace, even parts of yourself but if they won’t even take a small step toward you, what are you really building?
