I took it longer. It’s been two weeks. The first two weeks felt amazing but you’ll be going to the bathroom a lot but for somebody who works out a lot and plays a lot of basketball. I feel amazing but after I took it longer, I started having stomach issues so I recommend you don’t go longer than two weeks.
