Every gift must be given a room to operate. I did a 5 week series on all the gifts, and told our congregation that as their senior leader I don't want them to think I am the only one gifted and anointed. Every Sunday we now allow anyone who has a Psalm, a hym, a song or a word from God to share it. My main assignment is to provide leadership and guard the sound doctrine lest we find ourselves being disorderly. No leader must be intimidated by gifts God gives to us for our benefit. Every believer has a ministry to perform. I teach them that I am not Jesus or the Holy Spirit, I'm just graced to lead them but they must serve God with their gifts for the building up to the saints.

Thank you Father for speaking through your servant. Many gifts are being choked because many feel threatened forgetting that the same way God called them, He also has chosen others. I so love this. God is truly speaking, Hallelujah 🙌

Right…💯 🔥🔥🔥🔥. I was in prayer about this. So many are stagnant because of lack of these things. They want money 💰 not to produce what God is telling them to do, I’ve been released from most of my churches here.
