Drunken Noodles Seres 4-5 16oz Dried wide rice noodles 2 tbsp neutral oil 4 minced garlic gloves 1 tbsp crunch chili oil 1 large onion, small dice 1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips 1 # large shrimp, peeled and deviened 3 green onions, cut into 2 in pieces 1 cup thai basil, can sub with regular basil too Sauce: 1/3 cup soy sauce 4 tbsp oysters sauce 2 tbsp water 3 tsp brown sugar 2 tsp fish sauce Cook noodles according to package instructions. Mix sauce in a small bowl and set aside. Heat 2tablespoon of oil in large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and chili onion crunch and cook for 30 seconds, add onion and bell pepper and saute for 3-4 minutes until soft. Add in shrimp, cook until pick and cook thru. Toss in green onions, noodles and sauce and stir until all noodles are covered in sauce. Remove from heat and immediately add basil, toss until just wilted, then serve.
