I feel like there was a lightbulb moment but she was too angry to even realize. I EXPECT more. What are you expecting? I don’t know, ok so you don’t know what you want therefore he doesn’t know what’s expected. HELLO that’s huge!

whats difficult in this situation is the fact that the level of respect she has for the Dr. may not be the same respect she has for her husband. If he tries her strategy to slow her down it would just escalate cause its him😒

She is difficult but she is willing to learn and she listens to Orna. Which is already a lot

My struggle with her is the fact that she is listening, but it’s so clear as day she’s not retaining or internalizing any of this. Let alone taking it to heart. She fully recognizes and agrees on the things the therapist is pointing out, but continues to just act the way she does regardless of it. I’d be very triggered and hesitant to the highest degree around someone like this myself

He's manipulating her. The glasses thing is so telling. She wants to talk about finances. He turns it into a conversation about how she spends too much. Times 100 other instances of this every day and she's on edge and not sure why.
