“I don’t want to force it onto children” is the dumbest argument. When I was in 3rd grade, they showed us VIDEOS of 9/11 and the Challenger explosion. If they thought it was fine to show us people ACTUALLY DYING, then I think it’s fine to tell us that queer people exist 😭

i support as long as it's not being pushed all of the time, I am gay, my Freinds are gay, but we don't shove it or get upset easily, just live life with out pushing it into others faces or expecting to be treated differently or treat others differently

I love this argument about “forcing kids” to be gay or smth, as if our community wasn't about being your true self. Nobody teaches children that they should be something they don't want to be: its only about them having respect and knowing that it's normal.

I’m gay and I will say this. I won’t teach my children about straight couples or gay couples or anything like that cause I want my kids to learn these type of things by themselves. But if it gets out of control I’ll step in. But I will always teach my children that love is love and people can have their own opinions. And you can’t always change someone’s opinion
