I’ve seen where they purposefully and painfully obviously also do things to make sure the person they want to win does win. Bananas getting an elimination challenge with a three wheeler with a guy who’s never driven ever! Bananas getting an elimination challenge the same season with a huge guy that’s about squeezing yourself through a small hole. It’s made me stop enjoying the challenge. Like Jordan said, if you’re going to do it then at least make it not so damn obvious to the viewers. We understand theirs editing but…really! 😡

To legitimize the Challenge contestants as "real athletes", they need to be transparent with placement/results/times. You can't leave it up to Production. It should all be run/contracted thru an independent company. Even the actual challenges should be pre-determined and set in stone (not to the competitors, but to the viewers)....too often, elimination challenges are "conveniently" tailored to a specific, typically popular, challenger. It comes across as rigged. It's not like MTV/Production doesn't have the money...they pay participation/appearance fees/huge prize money. Make it legit. Right now they are no better than scripted Wrestling matches.

If ONLY they let the show stay a reality show with challenges and drama. But they forced athleticism and took out all the drama out of the show. So now it’s boring and it’s weird to script it when it’s supposed to be ALL athletes.
