the real pain is the braces after a few hours. The spacers aren't too bad, after a few hours of getting my braces I started to get hyper focused on my spacers. they're really annoying and it kinda hurts because you can feel your molars being spaced apart. The braces part is the worst because your teeth are actively moving around, so it causes an aching pain and your nerves are very sensitive and vulnerable during that time. it only lasts for 2 or 3 days. I'm on day 3 right now and the pain is becoming kind of mild.
