@cathbernz_: Replying to @Vench WHAT I DO: First thing in the morning i drink 250ml of hot water with 10pcs of cloves and a pinch of himalayan salt. I don’t drink cold water esp when i’m home i prepare 1 liter of water in a pitcher and add lemon extract, cloves, cucumber, and ginger for my drinking water throughout the day I avoid sodas and soft drinks as much as possible. I eat rice but i eat more ulam than rice. a cup of rice is enough for me. I don’t deprived myself of the foods i love i just don’t eat much, pag busog na that’s enough. Most of the time i eat late at night so i make sure not to have a heavy dinner, instead, i eat oatmeal with hot milk at midnight. Part 2 next vid. #womenover50 #selfcarejourney #fitandfab50s
