I know it's rough right now, and I can't promise it will get better, but you have to keep moving forward, look forward to something. dude after an episode while I was in the er at the hospital I’d been going to since I was like 2, the party clowns who had came in to cheer me up for cancer treatment as a kid immediately recognized me and I was bawling in embarrassment 😭
