GOD BLESS YOU GF! FINALLY, SOMEONE WHO KEEPS AND USES THE ENTIRE LEMON. THE LEMON PEEL HAS SO MUCH OF THE NUTRITIONAL VALUE. ALSO, YOU DID NOT STRAIN ALL THE PULP AWAY. ONCE ANY JUICE IS STEAINED, IT LOOSES MOST OF IT'S NUTRITIONAL VALUE AND BECOMES PRETTY MUCH A GLASS OF SUGAR. WE SHOULD KEEP THE PEELS OF A LOT OF OUR FRUITS AND VEGGIES, LOOK UP WHICH ONES ARE EDIBLE, LIKE KIWI, BANANA, MANGO ETC. PROUD OF YOU. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💋

You should be drinking fresh squeezed lemon juice with hot water on an empty stomach with Ceylon cinnamon. This won’t do much bc it’s sitting
