if people don’t know: a real macchiato is 2 espresso shots with a dollop of milk foam, a Starbucks macchiato is a latte with caramel and vanilla and the shot added in last. a real macchiato only comes hot, but a starbucks ones is often iced

This pmo because there is a difference between an ESPRESSO macchiato and a LATTE macchiato. One is just a dot of milk foam, the other is clearly what the girl wants here. I don’t see the problem. I worked at one of the oldest traditional viennese coffee houses and even there you could get a little caramel with your latte by now.
