@abbychuelas.kitchen: Needed to use up these brussel sprouts and they were the perfect add on to this one pot orzo meal! 🍝Ingredients: -Butter and oil -Brussel sprouts -Brussel sprouts seasonings: onion, garlic, paprika, thyme, oregano, S+P, lemon zest, Parmesan -Chicken breasts -Chicken seasonings: garlic, onion, paprika, oregano, S+P, lemon juice, Achiote oil -1.5 cups orzo -3 cups broth -Heavy cream -Parmesan -Lemon -Diced onions -Minced garlic 📝How to: -Remove the ends of your Brussel sprouts and thinly slice. -In a medium pan heat butter and olive oil then add minced garlic and cook for a few seconds then add in your Brussel sprouts. Sauté for a couple of minutes then season and add lemon zest and Parmesan at the end. Remove from pan. -Next, add a little butter and olive oil and cook your chicken till fully cooked. Remove, let it rest then cut into cubes. -Lastly, add a little more butter and oil and scrape the pan to get that chicken flavor. Add in diced onions and minced garlic and sauté. Then, add in your dry orzo and mix for a bit. Next, add in your broth and bring it simmer. Simmer till Al dente, about 9 mins. -Towards the end, add in oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, Parmesan and heavy cream. Mix well then add back the brussle sprouts and chicken.
