Remember, narcissism is a complex disorder and they don’t abuse everyone, just specific people. So then everyone else is left not believing that victim and that’s how they get people on their side, by manipulating them, and not showing in the full truth of things. I highly doubt that if these people knew the full story, they wouldn’t even consider believing them. understand they are victim too. However, there is a responsibility with forming your own opinion and so for just believing what they’re told, they are guilty.

They’re trying to mess with your head and trap you by trying to keep you feeling helpless, hopeless, doubting yourself and your own memorys/mind, wrapped and tangled in their mind games, doubt and confusion/depression and isolation. - As gross as it is They do it because then even when their own life feels out of control or when they feel bad about themselves or their life they feel as though they have you, your mind/sanity and your life under their control; controlled, manipulated, confused and therefore trapped and under their control. -They do it on purpose to try and get a power kick, to make you feel trapped, desperate to be heard, listened to or believed. Don’t let them have that control over you. They lose as soon as you’ve realised what their game is; and what their messed up motives are. They have gone to SUCH lengths to try and push/keep you down and trap you in frustration, desperation and mental agony/isolation/confusion. But once you understand their ‘game’ and their intentions of keeping you “worse then them” “lower than them” “trapped confused stuck spiralling doing bad” tangled in their mind games/mess they’ve tried to fill and tangle and consume your head with, they’ve lost. Everytime you think of them, just remember that they did/try do all That to try keep you down, to keep you stuck in misery to make you “fail” or turn you insane/looking insane. use it to level up your life; You’re such a threat to them and their ego; your true potential is such a threat to them, that they’ve had to go to such extreme lengths to try and knock/push/keep you down. Don’t let them. You don’t need to play or engage in their childish immature messed up gross ‘games’ use their desperate attempts as motivation and as a reminder that they’re trying so hard to ruin you because of how much potential and worth you hold and how truly amazing they can tell you are. They lose when u understand their game. They don’t get to consume/control you once you realise they do it out of jealousy because of how threatened they are by you, they’re trying to make u unable to see how amazing u are
